Indulgence: allowing oneself to partake in pleasures. It can tricky. Too many and I become a sluggish, distracted, and self-absorbed. Too few and I feel so deprived that I inevitable break all my resolve and partake in too many indulgences. Not sure where the solution lies. Possibly in compassion and balance, things I know very little about, but I'm learning.
